Community & Comms Manager

Role and responsibilities:

  • Take leadership of all Community Activations and Brand Communications for The Service Course with a special focus on our flagship location of Girona, Spain
  • Community Activations: Responsible for strategic planning of regular rides and special events aligned to the overall marketing objectives and calendar, working closely with our brand partners and the relevant location teams to ensure delivery of world class customer experiences 
  • Brand Communications: Responsible for creation and delivery of all customer facing content across the full range of marketing touchpoints such as social media, newsletters, product copy, online features, press releases, etc. 
  • Full time, reporting to Head of Brand & Marketing

The ideal candidate: 

  • Passionate cyclist with in depth knowledge of the sport and wider culture, including custom bikes. 
  • Community and Comms specialist with minimum 5 years relevant experience and proven track record of delivering outstanding activations and content for a premium brand (ideally cycling related).
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a passion for authentic and inspiring storytelling copywriting 
  • Fluent written English language skills
  • Photography and design skills a welcome bonus
  • Girona based (or willing to relocate)
