Front of House 

We are looking for an individual with a passion for cycling and experience in the retail sphere to join the Girona team as one of our Front of House staff. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and passion of cycling culture as well as experience in a premium retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily in-store customer experience, customer service, visual merchandising and sales
  • Maintenance of store aesthetic
  • Stock management

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate cyclist
  • Retail and management experience essential
  • Strong technical understanding of the cycling industry
  • Good communication skills - Strong english speaker with proficiency in Spanish or Catalan
  • Team player

Assistant Mechanic

We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Assistant Mechanic to join our team in Girona. If you love bikes, enjoy problem solving, and have a knack for great customer service, we want to hear from you. Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where quality and customer happiness are our main priorities. If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain a high-end rental fleet, ensuring all bikes are in optimal condition
  • Perform custom bike builds according to customer specifications
  • Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of customer bikes, ensuring safety and performance standards are met
  • Provide top-notch customer service, handling repairs and addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively


The ideal candidate:

  • Min. 2 years experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • Proficient in English (Spanish/Catalan is a plus)
  • Confident in customer service and communication
